This in-person cultural cooking experience is perfect for curious food lovers, adventurous eaters, and anyone wanting to explore a cuisine that is deeply loved yet often overlooked.
Throughout the afternoon, guests will enjoy a variety of popular street-style dishes such as crispy shingara, flavorful jhalu puri(puffed rice dish), fuchka assembling, refreshing drinks, and other seasonal specialties inspired by the flavors of Bangladesh. Shuraya will guide guests through spice combinations, layering flavors, and simple techniques that make Bengali street food so comforting and memorable.
The class is both hands-on and demo-style, and guests are encouraged to gather close, ask questions, observe techniques, and fully immerse themselves in the experience. The afternoon ends with a communal dining experience where everyone shares food, stories, laughter, and meaningful conversations around one table.
